MindShift CBT - Anxiety Relief
MindShift CBT helps people to manage and overcome mild to moderate anxiety disorders. The app is based on the concept of cognitive behavioural therapy.
The app offers various tips and tools such as anxiety management cards and a thought diary that enables you to develop more effective ways of thinking and get your fears under control. Audio recordings of guided mindfulness meditations help you to relax and become more mindful. There is also a diary for recording and tracking fears and moods, and you can set targets and have the app remind you of them. Data can be exported and shared with the therapist treating you, and you can share your experiences and advice in the community.
