With the myCONCORDIA app, you can upload your invoice in digital form and submit it easily at any time and from any place.

Get myCONCORDIA in just a few steps: 

  • Get myCONCORDIA in just a few steps:
    • Register easily and conveniently at my.concordia.ch/registration. To do so, you need your insurance number, your e-mail address and your mobile phone number.
    • After you have registered, we will send you the registration form for the customer portal by post. Please sign the form and return it to us.
    • For security reasons, your initial password will be sent to you by post.
    • Sign in – and you will already have access to all your insurance data. Digitally, at any time and from any place.
  • Data security and data protection
    Protecting your data is hugely important to us. For this reason, we will send you the registration form and the initial password by post. This enables us to ensure that your data is not misused.
 

Submit invoice by post

Would you like to submit your invoice for reimbursement by post? Please send it to your responsible CONCORDIA agency. You can find this at the top left of your policy or by entering your postcode in the agency search

Reimbursement

CONCORDIA will check the invoice from your doctor, therapist or hospital. Once the check has been successfully completed, the money will be reimbursed to your bank or postal account registered with us, taking into account the cost-share, within five to ten working days.
