Have you been to the doctor’s and would now like to submit your invoice to CONCORDIA? Nothing could be easier. You can send your reimbursement claim slips by post to your CONCORDIA agency or submit them via myCONCORDIA.

With myCONCORDIA, you can upload your invoice as a PDF or make a digital copy of it and submit it easily at any time and from any place. Please pay attention to the following criteria when you do so:
- Is the document related to health insurance?
- Is the person named on the document insured with CONCORDIA?
- Is it a single document or multiple documents?
- Is it the copy for the health insurance?
- Is all the information on the document clearly legible?
- Are all pages of the document included?
You can send us your invoices from your myCONCORDIA account using the application or via a web browser.
Get myCONCORDIA in just a few steps
Register easily and conveniently at my.concordia.ch/registration. To do so, you need your insurance number, date of birth, e-mail address and mobile phone number. Please keep in mind the following:
- You must have a valid insurance contract at the time of registration.
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- The address at which you receive post from CONCORDIA must correspond to your current home address.
- For security reasons, your personal initial password will be sent to you by post. If the individuals listed on the same premium invoice have not yet issued powers of attorney to you, we will send you a power of attorney form in advance of the initial password.
- Once you are registered, you can just sign in and you will have access to all your insurance data. Digitally, at any time and from any place.

Submitting invoice by postWould you like to submit your invoice for reimbursement by post? Then please send it to your CONCORDIA agency. You can find this at the top left of your policy and by entering your postcode in the agency search function.

ReimbursementCONCORDIA will check the invoice from your doctor, therapist or hospital. Once the check has been successfully completed, the money will be reimbursed to your bank or postal account registered with us, taking into account your cost share, within five to ten working days.
