Change to the myDoc or HMO contact person

Would you like to change your family doctor or your HMO group practice? You can do this online quite easily. Please note that a change is only possible on the first day of the current month at the earliest.

You will find your insurance number on the back of your health insurance card or on your insurance policy. Your insurance number has at least 10 and maximum 11 digits.
