The new “Mental Health” rubric in the Health Compass focuses on the prevention and early diagnosis of mental illness. Among other things, it features relaxation exercises available in the form of podcasts that can easily be downloaded to a mobile phone. There are also various exercises for training our mental fitness and improving our concentration and memory. The Mental Health Check, a scientifically validated questionnaire for identifying any need for treatment, is also available to our customers free of charge.
