Pay automatically

Direct debit through the bank (LSV+) or CH-DD Direct Debit

With direct debit through the bank (LSV+) or CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit), you can transfer premiums automatically. The payment to the health insurance company is effected securely and always transparently.

When you pay premiums via LSV+ or CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit), you receive no more premium invoices. The debit note from the bank or post office or from the e-banking serves as evidence of payment.

If you do not have a myCONCORDIA account, this is how you can arrange to pay the health insurance premiums automatically:

  • For the bank: Download the form for LSV+ debit authorisation with right of contestation. Complete the form in the LSV+ section with your personal data. Then print out the form, sign it and send it directly to your bank.
  • For the post office: Download the form for CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit). Complete the form in CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit) section with your personal data. Then print out the form, sign it and send it to the following address:
CONCORDIA
Actuarial Practice, Private Clients
Bundesplatz 15
P.O. Box

When paying via LSV+ or CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit), you can make use of your right of revocation within 30 days.

With LSV+ or CH-DD Direct Debit (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit), you help CONCORDIA to further reduce the administrative costs – and thereby, to curb the premium increase.
