SERO
The SERO app helps people who are at risk of suicide and their family members and shows them possible preventive measures.
The app supports people before, during and after suicidal crises. Affected people can draw up a personal safety plan that shows them step by step what to do in an emergency and can also be shared with family members. Suicide risk can be assessed with the help of a standardised questionnaire. Numbers of crisis hotlines are stored directly in the app and personal emergency contacts can be added. Information on support services and conversational tips for family members are also provided.
