upway is a platform (a web app) that brings people with depression, burnout and other psychological challenges together and enables them to exchange experiences and advice.

Affected people can chat and share their thoughts and feelings with friends in closed groups. Public groups provide a supportive community in which users can have anonymous conversations with people who are in the same situation or have had similar experiences. upway also provides information about mental illnesses and treatment options for affected people and their family members. The app maintains a directory of specialist organisations and helps users to find professional support nearby. Experience reports show how other affected individuals cope with their daily lives and which strategies helped them. The app also features easily accessible emergency numbers.
